NORFOLK, VA (November 7, 2016) -- Harbor Group International, LLC (“HGI”) announced today that affiliates of the company have sold eight properties, with an aggregate sales price of approximately $352,505,000. The aggregate purchase price for the properties was approximately $280 million. 

The properties are: 
1. 100 Plaza Drive – 264,974 square feet, Secaucus, New Jersey 
2. Lakeshore Apartments – 740 units, Indianapolis, Indiana 
3. Waterman’s Crossing – 260 units, Newport News, Virginia 
4. Arbours of Hermitage – 350 units, Hermitage, Tennessee 
5. Carrington Park – 364 units, Dallas, Texas 
6. Briarcrest – 238 units, Dallas, Texas 
7. Huntington Glen – 224 units, Dallas, Texas 
8. Waterford at Mandarin – 432 units, Jacksonville, Florida
