The Travelers Indemnity Company has signed a lease expansion for a total of 391,000 square feet at State House Square in Hartford, Conn.
The expansion, which carries a term of 10 years and six months, consists of a renewal of 181,000 square feet and an expansion of 210,000 square feet.
