The Hurt Building, downtown Atlanta’s historic 18-story office building, owned by an affiliate of Harbor Group International (HGI), earned “The Office Building of the Year (TOBY)” award from BOMA Atlanta, an organization of building owners and managers. HGI purchased the property in April 2006.
The Hurt Building, constructed in 1913, won in the historic building category.
“The TOBY award goes to the most efficient, tenant friendly, community-oriented property,” said Shannon Westberg, General Manager of The Hurt Building. “I am proud of the commitment of our staff and the loyalty of our tenants.”
