HARBOR GROUP INTERNATIONAL SELLS GREENBRIER APARTMENTS IN COLUMBIA


An affiliate of Harbor Group International, L.L.C. (HGI), based in Norfolk, Virginia, has sold the 526-unit Greenbrier Apartment community in Columbia, South Carolina to an affiliate of Cottonwood Capital, LLC of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Steve Griffin of Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, Georgia served as broker for the transaction. The property was purchased by HGI in May of 2004.
