EXECUTIVE WINS NATIONAL AWARD
A Norfolk real estate executive has won a major national
award at a gala in San Diego, California.
Michele Fulghum was named “Regional Multi-Site Manager
of the Year” by the National Association of Home
Builders Multifamily Division at their 2001 Pillars of
the Industry Gala. She was among three finalists for the
national award.
Fulghum serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Multifamily
Property Management for Harbor Group Management Company.
Fulghum, who has been with Harbor Group Management Company
for eight years, has eighteen years of experience in the
field of property management.
Fulghum oversees a portfolio of properties in six southeastern
states consisting of conventional apartment complexes,
low/moderate income programs and low income tax credit
housing. She has also assisted in Harbor Group International’s
acquisition and disposition of thirteen multi-family properties
during her tenure with Harbor Group Management Company.
Fulghum is also active in her own community, church and
other charitable organizations.
Harbor Group Management Company manages over 40 multi-family
properties throughout the eastern United States including
17 in Virginia.
