CENTER RECEIVES ENERGY STAR DESIGNATION
One Enterprise
Center became the first building in Downtown Jacksonville
to receive the Energy Star designation. The building,
owned by Norfolk-based Harbor Group International, received
the designation from the EPA for its energy savings and
efficiency.
"We believe strongly in what Energy Star represents," said
Gary Wenzel, property manager of One Enterprise Center, "Our
engineering staff worked hard to increase the building’s
energy efficiency and while providing the best service
to our tenants".
One Enterprise Center is the fifth property owned by Harbor
Group International to receive Energy Star designation.
It joins PNC Center of Cincinnati, OH, State House Square
of Hartford,
CT, National City Center of Indianapolis, IN, and Dominion
Tower of Norfolk, VA.
Harbor Group International has owned and managed One Enterprise
Center since January of 2004. One Enterprise Center is
a 22 story, 317,837 square foot, Class A office building.
Currently,
the building is 96 percent occupied. Available space includes
11,000 square feet on the 22nd floor and 9,000 square feet
on the 7th floor.
