HARBOR GROUP INTERNATIONAL SELLS GEORGIA SHOPPING
CENTER
Harbor Group International (HGI) of Norfolk, Virginia has sold the 160,710
square foot Cross Station shopping center in Albany,
Georgia. The property was sold to H.L. Libby Corp. of Pennsylvania for
a price of $8,350,000.

The property was purchased in 1998 by HGI as part of a portfolio of retail
properties from Woodmen of the World Insurance Company.
Cross Station, a regional strip shopping center on 15.6
acres, was built in 1983. Anchored by Winn-Dixie, Books-A-Million
and Goody°s, the center takes advantage of its strategic
location across the street from the area°s only mall.
