Newport Crossing Shopping Center
Newport Crossing is located at the corner of Warwick Blvd. and Oriana Road in the Denbigh area of Newport News. Warwick Boulevard (U.S. Highway 60) is the major north-south artery running the entire length of Newport News from the downtown area, north to the historic city of Williamsburg. Denbigh Boulevard is the major east-west artery crossing the peninsula from the Chesapeake Bay to the James River. Oriana Road, just north of Denbeigh Blvd., in Newport
News, Virginia
Property: 200,000 square foot strip shopping
center on approximately 22 acres of land with 1,300
parking spaces. Contiguous to, but not included
in the sale, is a Hill’s department store. Adjacent
