The MTS Building

The MTS Building consists of two office buildings, one Class A and the other Class B, comprising a total of 274,709 square feet.  The buildings are located on the southeast corner of Portage Avenue and Main Street, a key business address in the center of Winnipeg’s financial district.  The buildings are part of an underground pedestrian network linking several of the major downtown office buildings.

333 Main Street is a 23-story, Class A office building containing 168,534 rentable square feet and it is situated on a .20 acre site fronting Main Street.  The building’s rentable floor plate of 7,720 square feet is highly efficient for full floor tenants but also is easily subdivided for multi-tenant use.
