The Portfolio consists of four New York City mid-rise multifamily apartment buildings with a total of 214 apartment units and seven ground floor retail suites. The four buildings were built between 1910 and 1922 and were partially renovated in the mid-1990s. The addresses include 3489 Broadway, 519 W. 143rd Street, 610 W. 163rd Street, and 548 W. 164th Street.  

3489-3495 Broadway was built in 1911 and is located at the southwest corner of Broadway and West 143rd Street in Manhattan. The building is a ten-story mixed-use property with 79 apartment units and seven small local retail shops along the ground floor.  519 W 143rd Street is a six-story apartment building located between Broadway and Hamilton Place in Manhattan. The building was originally constructed in 1920 and has a total of 25 units for a gross building area of 29,250 square feet.  610 West 163rd Street is a five-story apartment building located mid-block between Broadway and Fort Washington Avenue in Manhattan. The property was built in 1922 and has a total of 54 units.  548 West 164th Street is a six-story apartment building located between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenues in Manhattan. The building was originally constructed in 1910 and has a total 56 apartment units for a gross building area of 56,634 square feet.
