Wachovia Tower
Wachovia Tower contains 377,684 square
feet of Class A office space. The building is located
in the heart of the Central Business District along one
of the major arteries downtown. It sits adjacent
to the Charles Center metro station, the most traveled
station for Baltimore’s mass transit system. Major
attractions in the Property’s immediate neighborhood
include the Baltimore Inner Harbor, the Convention Center,
City Hall, the Orioles’ Camden Yards baseball stadium,
the Baltimore Raven’s football stadium, and the
National Aquarium.
Built in 1985, the 25-story office building was designed
by RTKL and is clad in polished Spanish rose granite
